Fire Safety:

Test, replace or fit necessary smoke and CO alarms throughout the property where applicable.

Providing extinguishers and fire blankets where applicable.

    Gas Safety Record

    Our Gas Safe registered engineers can inspect all gas equipment and supply of gas to the property.

    We provide annual Gas Safety Records (certificates) and/or recommendations if failed. We can also return to carry out the necessary works before submitting a valid Gas Safety Record (GSR)

    Electrical Installation Condition Report

    Inspecting all wiring and electrical system are safe to the latest 18th Edition of The Wiring Regulations.

    Our reports will highlight all observation codes (if applicable):

    Code C1 – Danger Present (Requires Urgent Attention)

    Code C2 – Potentially Dangerous (Requires Improvement)

    Code C3 – Improvement Recommended

    F1 – Requires further investigation.

    If failed, we provide a thorough quotation for mandatory and recommended remedial works and can re-attend to carry out the remedial work.

    Once we have established the condition and the property is safe, we issue you with a full EICR valid for 5 years.

    Energy Performance Certificate

    An EPC is required where a property is newly built, being marketed for sale or lettings. The ratings are categorised on an A-G rating scale and is only considered a pass if you have a minimum rating of E.

    The report is valid for 10 years and will highlight any necessary and recommended remedial works to improve your rating.
