Our accreditations and certifications
At London Property Services, we provide residential and commercial property owners with roofers, electricians, gas engineers, locksmiths, plumbers, decorators and more. Each member of our team is independently accredited, qualified and certified in their specialism, giving you full peace of mind that all aspects of property repairs and maintenance are only completed by fully trained and recognised professionals. Please note, that where registration numbers do not appear, they are held by individual tradesmen and not the company itself.
Widopan approved installers
Our London roofers working on flat roofs are approved Widopan installers. This means that flat roof waterproofing and repairs are only conducted by specialist roofers holding this certification. Using a Widopan approved installer means you keep your manufacturer’s guarantee and can rely on quality repair every time.
Restec certified installers
Restec is a UK manufacturer of GRP and flexible roofing systems. Certification follows hands-on training and is what backs the system’s long-term materials guarantee. When you book GRP roof repair or installation with London Property Services, you can be confident that only a Restec-certified installer is restoring your roof back to its best.
Napit Registered
NAPIT is a government-approved competent person scheme. Our NAPIT-registered electricians in London can self-certify that electrical work meets Building Regulations (Part P). This means you won’t need to book further sign-off from third parties. We’ll also issue a compliance certificate for any work upon completion.
NICEIC
Our own NICEIC registration is currently being processed and is expected by August 2026. In the meantime, all NICEIC-certified electrical work is carried out under ECO Utility Solutions Limited.
Gas safe register
By law, anyone working on gas appliances in the UK must be on the Gas Safe Register. Every one of our engineers carries a Gas Safe ID card to not only validate their credentials but also give you full peace of mind that work on your boiler or gas appliances is conducted to the highest and safest standards. Please feel free to ask our gas engineers for proof of their ID when they visit your property. Our registration number on the Gas Safe Register is 968640.
FireQual
Fire safety engineers installing fire doors on behalf of London Property Services are fully trained and qualified in the safe and compliant installation of fire doors via FireQual. Each installation is in accordance with BS 8214:2016 and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Poorly fitted or unsuitable fire doors can compromise safety and lead to property owners facing prosecution. We only ever deploy fully trained and certified fire door installers.
Approved waste carriers London
At London Property Services, we’re registered with the Environment Agency to legally carry and dispose of waste. This is something many contractors fail to disclose, meaning waste items might be discarded illegally or unsafely. With this certification, all waste from your job is tracked and disposed of responsibly, meaning you won’t be held liable for material that’s been fly-tipped further down the line. Our registration number is CBDU69628.
SafeContractor accredited
We are proud to hold SafeContractor accreditation (Certificate number MP3016). This means that our working practices, risk assessments and method statements have been checked against recognised industry standards. Feel free to ask us about this accreditation if you have any questions.
